Small update

- Made respawn timers more lenient
- Added increasing difficulty, enemies/asteroids will spawn quicker as the timer progresses
- Added a timer to show how much time has passed since the game started
- Made big enemies less resilient
- Bullets now self-destruct after 5 seconds
- Provided the correct compiled file because I'm a dumbass who forgets to remove his debug messages
